Welcome to "When We Meet Again - a Grøh's Visual Novel"

Hello, everyone! Welcome to "When We Meet Again - a Grøh's Visual Novel".

This is Gisele and I'm here to share a few words with you about this humble project. Well, I call it humble because I'm no programmer. Actually, I'm a layman on the subject. So, for a layman work, I think it went well XD

Ok... Back to the "a few words".

The question many people ask me is: Why Grøh? It's a long story that I can tell all of you in another post. However, I can tell that his story has many things I use as analogies in my life. I got to know Grøh in a very difficult moment in my life and saving him in Libra of Souls was like saving me as well.

Besides liking Grøh, I also like writing stories and drawing. I thought "why not write a story about what could have happened after Libra of Souls events?" I don't know about you, but during the events in it, I couldn't avoid shipping my Conduit with Grøh. They got friends, trusting each other. I felt it was me feeling bad about his absence after Athens events. So, why not write a story?

The second question is: why a visual novel? I always wanted to "make a game". So, I decided to use the real basics of Ren'py to do this work. That's why I call this project humble. I used the basics of the basics to do it just to tell all of you a story. I don't know how to program difficult stuff yet, but I feel like learning more.

Now, the third question: What's the story about? After saving Grøh in Libra of Souls, we can meet him two more times if we continue to seal Astral Fissures. My story happens after these two more times. As I said, I couldn't avoid shipping my Conduit with Grøh, so this is technically a romance... A lovey-dovey story XD Sorry, guys! I like romance. As the title says, they meet again and... Well... It's up to you to read what happens ^_^

I'll really appreciate your feedback. I intend to get better on this. I even want to buy Visual Novel Maker and write more stories.

    Hello Gisele. Although I am not a shipper of the conduit and Grøh, I really appreciate for what you have done. Those CG, voices and dialogues, I can feel your dedication and effort in it. I wrote fanfics before, so I totally understand that creation is not easy, and yet you succeed to create this with high completeness. Once again thank you for this amazing work, I really enjoyed it!

      Wow! Thanks a lot! I'm glad you liked it.

      It was a lot of work. It took me about 6 months to get everything done. At first I was going to draw everything, but I decided to draw just a few scenes and use the game's own characters for the conversation parts. Two other challenges were the programming part and the writing of the story in English, since English is not my mother tongue. Sometimes I don't feel very confident with my English.

      Once again, thank you so much for reading/playing my work. You can't imagine how happy I was right now.

Hello, people! Today I'm here to bring you a one page comic I drew few days ago showing a situation between the characters in the visual novel. The scene in the visual novel isn't exactly like this but I tried to show you how things go between them.
